KETOGENIC DIET
I SPECIALIZE in the HEALTHY KETO Diet!  I have PROVEN RESULTS on this diet.  Most people that say they are “doing Keto” are not.  Most people never reach a level of Ketosis, or dont maintain it at a high enough level to see long term results and benefit from all the changes and effects of a deep level of ketosis.

My diet is a VLCHF CYCLE.  Very Low Carb High Fat, then we Cycle in carbohydrates at certain times.  We also use Intermittent Fasting to enhance the results and the way you feel.

This happens on a CELLULAR level, when the body stops using Glycogen for energy and realizes it can use Ketones, which are produced by the liver from fat.
