I have tried so many diets and nothing seemed to fit in to my lifestyle.  I had heard about keto, and tried it on my own..I didst get much in the way of results for the first 2 months, and then I met Kelly.  He told me about results people were getting and said he could get me the same if I worked at it.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      I have been competing in women’s physique in the NPC for about 5 years. I have always done pretty much the standard bodybuilding pre-contest and offseason diet with fairly low carbs and low fat and high protein.  I have had my diet tweaked here and there but basically  the same.
I have always gotten good results and I have placed first in several shows in my class.
I started doing the keto diet as a trial with Kelly just to see how my body would react. At first it took a while to get into full ketosis. But once I did, and we figured  out some tricks, it was amazing!
I started to lean out instantly. . But the big difference  came in the amount of energy I have daily. Most precontest preps, as, anyone who has competed knows,  you are exhausted, and look for the energy to make it thru a tough workout. No afternoon crashes,  and knowing I’m burning Bodyfat and sparing muscle in keto just motivates me even more.
On Keto, and using the supplements Kelly has laid out for my diet, my energy is amazing! I’m currently a few weeks out from stage, with a higher lean muscle mass than ever before,  and lower bodyfat than I ever ever been on stage … and I STILL have a few weeks to go!
I definitely recommend  the keto diet for precontest..It takes some getting used to mentally,  because it flies in the face of Everything  your old coaches have told you about diet.
But to feel like I do, and lean out as I have,  all while eating pork chops, blue cheese salad dressing,  hot wings, bacon,  sausage,  steak,  cheeseburgers , and more, has made this the easiest prep ever!
Kelly has done so much research and trial and error,  and works with me to tweak my diet and workouts  and we get closer to the contest. He has tons of recipes to keep prep fun and keep me from getting bored.
